Marc Walker is a proficient Environmental Scientist and Engineer with a proven track record of solving difficult problems and managing complex projects. Key focus and skills in environmental approvals/compliance, on-site wastewater and soil assessment, integrated water management and modelling (water quality, stormwater, water balance, on-site wastewater). Marc brings practical, high quality solutions to complex environmental and engineering issues.

Natasha McIntosh has specific expertise in the design, management and delivery of all aspects
of Environmental Impact Assessments (EIAs) and has successfully delivered environmental approvals for numerous projects ranging from large high-profile infrastructure projects of Commonwealth and state significance to small local developments. ​​

Teresa is the person who looks at a clunky process and can't rest until it makes sense. With a background in UX and service design, she works across EMCA's systems - PowerApps, Power BI, SharePoint - to make operational tools actually work for the people using them. Equal parts design thinker and problem solver, she's at her best when there's a messy system that needs untangling.
